Quality Assurance

Quality at Agrilinkx is a documented process rather than a promise. Every programme moves through the same four control points before a container is sealed.

Our control points

  • Supplier qualification — capacity, hygiene and record-keeping assessed before onboarding.
  • Incoming inspection — moisture, purity and visual grade checked against the contracted specification.
  • Processing supervision — cleaning, sorting, milling or distillation monitored at the partner unit.
  • Pre-shipment verification — counter-samples, laboratory reports and loading photographs shared with the buyer.

Testing and reporting

Analysis is carried out at accredited laboratories appropriate to the product line, and reports are issued lot-wise with the shipping documents.

  • Physical parameters — moisture, foreign matter, broken and defect percentages.
  • Chemical parameters — volatile oil, curcumin, cineole, citral and related actives.
  • Microbiological screening where the destination market requires it.
  • Pesticide residue screening on request for EU and Japanese buyers.

Third-party inspection

Buyers may appoint any recognised inspection agency, including SGS. We coordinate scheduling, provide documentation and hold loading until clearance is confirmed. Inspection fees are quoted separately and included in the commercial offer on request.
